Journal of Food Safety and Science is published quarterly by the Partobashash Research Inistitute, Tehran, Iran. The ethical policies of this journal are based on the principles of the International Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Code of Ethics for Publications of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. This code sets out the journal's policies to ensure ethical behavior of all participants involved in the process.
